The terms and conditions apply to the use of lenissimo.com. By placing an order with us you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions as stated on the website are subject to change at any point without prior notice to you. Please read them carefully before using the website and/or placing an order. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions as stated below, you should not use or access the website. Please note: All our scarves are lovingly handmade ready to order, and can take approximately 30 working days to be produced.

1. Returns and Refunds

If for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have purchased, you can return it to us in a new and unused condition within 7 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund or an exchange. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Please note that scarfs that have been personalized with embossing may not be refunded or exchanged.
Please contact us with your order number for a returns form, which upon receipt should be filled in and returned to us along with the scarf. If the return is due to a fault with the scarf you may be required to provide photographic evidence before a return will be authorized. Once you have a returns form all returns should be packaged securely and sent to us using a recorded delivery service to the following address:

A full postage refund will be issued for items returned due to fault. Refunds will be processed usually within 7 working days.

2. Delivery

The delivery period in which you will receive your order is approximate. Your purchase will be sent to the address provided by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your purchase may be sent separately.

Please note that The Lenissimo is not liable for all applicable taxes and duties payable on shipments for orders shipped outside the European Union.

3. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order with us then please inform us within 24 hours by email order@lenissimo.com, with CANCEL in the subject line. Please include your order number and use the same email address as stated on the order for identification. Any cancellations will be made when possible however please note that no cancellations can be guaranteed once an order has been placed due to the custom made nature of the product.

For cancelled orders, refunds will be processed within 7 working days and will be credited to your original method of payment.

4. Changes

If you have any changes to make to your order please let us know within 24 hours of placing your order by sending us an email at order@lenissimo.com. We will try to fulfill any change requests; however, we can offer no guarantee to this effect as your order may be too far through the manufacturing process.
Please include your order number and use the same email address as stated on the order for identification.

5. Product Information

The Create your scarf Company prides itself on using the finest quality of Italian wool in the manufacture of its scarves. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that your scarf is produced to the highest of standards, we are unable to guarantee a uniformed appearance to each scarf as they are handmade from a natural product and slight imperfections may occur.

6. Payment Options

Currently we only accept Pay Pal payments.

The total cost of the order is the price of the products and the delivery.
